Send message
Sending this means your message and the address you gave are handled as set out in the privacy policy. If the captcha will not load, write to info@company-registration-austria.com instead: it reaches exactly the same place.
Error text the build needs, one line each, bound to its field with
aria-describedbyand never signalled by colour alone: a missing name, an address that is not an email address, an empty message, a message over the length limit, a failed or missing captcha, and the rate limit. The captcha line and the rate limit line both name info@company-registration-austria.com, because a person locked out by an anti-abuse layer needs a route that is not the anti-abuse layer. The button label and the two sentences above it are page copy.
What happens after you write
The message goes to one mailbox.
The form posts to a function on this site, which checks the captcha and the rate limit, then sends your message to our own address. It is never handed to a form service.
You land on a confirmation page.
The browser goes to /thanks/, which asks for nothing and stores nothing. No automatic email follows, so the reply is the reply.
Somebody reads it and answers the address you gave.
Where the answer is in the law, it comes with the paragraph. Where it turns on your own decision, or on an act reserved to a licensed professional, the reply says that instead of guessing.
How long that takes is not published here. Any number would be one we invented, and a register court, a bank or a regulator does not work to our timetable either.
Where we are
We work on Austrian companies: the Firmenbuch at the commercial courts, the tax office, the trade authority and, where a licence is involved, the FMA. Correspondence is in English or German. The contracting entity and its registered seat are in the terms of service. Every enquiry route on this site ends at this form or at the address above.
